I think Amazon should include this product or one similar with the Kindle. I was nervous about the screen getting scratched and finally got smart and looked for a screen protector. It did take a few tries to get the bubbles to the edge of the screen, but I’m really pleased with it and pleased with how it cuts down on the glare. It is easily removed if you need to clean it or want to work bubbles out.
I really do recommend this product to Kindle owners.

This is a really great product. It’s very clear and easy to read with it on. Honestly, you don’t even notice that it’s there. Take your time installing it and soon you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your kindle screen is protected from scratches. Adhere one section at a time, being sure to clear out the bubbles as you go and you’ll be bubble free in no time. Definitely, a must have item if you own a kindle.

I found this product easier to apply than other reviews indicated. I kept one corner up, lifted it again to smooth out air bubbles, and then lay it back down, and it has worked out really well.

These work great! I didn’t have any trouble getting them on, you just have to be patient and go slow to use the platic scraper to work out the air as you flatten the film one section at a time. And they’re much better than other screen protectors because they really do reduce the glare; the others I’ve used were much cheaper, but bright and shiny – it was like looking at a mirror… ugh! Very distracting when you’re trying to read, especially with a book light. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this product.

The BoxWave ClearTouch Anti-Glare was superbly easy to apply! There were very few air bubbles trapped as the screen protector set down on the screen. The air bubbles were smoothed out right away using the applicator card. I highly recommend the ClearTouch for first time users because you can always undo your mistake since it is washable and reusable – a truly amazing feature even for me as a seasoned screen protector user who demands perfection; not to mention for the first time users, because if you messed up, you can always have a do-over!
Aside from the newbie-proof application, the ClearTouch Anti-Glare is just as advertised: clear AND anti-glare. The anti-glare feature is perfect for reading outdoors or under bright translucent lights and also surprisingly transparent enough to not hinder the clarity of the screen. Actually, by eliminating the reflection glare, the ClearTouch really enhanced the readability of my Kindle screen.
Finally, my favorite quality of the ClearTouch Anti-Glare: the matte-finish which makes my screen virtually invincible to fingerprints! It is definitely worth the few extra dollars compared to the generic flimsy alternatives I’ve tried. It might be the last screen protector I ever need for my Kindle!

I wanted to make sure that my screen was protected on my new kindle and this does the trick. It took me a couple of tries to get it just perfect but that is just my type A personality. If you read the directions and use the little card that comes with the protector to push out the bubbles as you go and go SLOW and not rush, it is fantastic!

I’ve tried many screen protectors and this is the best. I don’t even know it’s on my Kindle and it does not create any additional glare or change the look of the screen at all. It goes on easily if you follow instructions.
I found it best to peel off the backing a little at a time while smoothing the plastic down with the included card as you go along.
It is also washable with mild soap and re-useable. I had to do this when Amazon had to replace my Kindle and it worked fine.
I highly recommend this product. Even though the Kindle does not have a touch screen, there are always bits of dust, grains of sand (where I live), and other things that could scratch the screen. And, let’s face it, the screen is all important to the reading experience.

I followed the well-written/illustrated instructions carefully and had no problems installing the ClearTouch. I’ve used Boxwave screen protectors on my other devices before so I knew I was getting a quality product. This purchase was no exception. Once the ClearTouch was on my Kindle screen, I could hardly notice it, and I knew my screen was protected from scratches. The Anti-Glare property diffuses any reflection and makes the screen readable. I’ve tried some other brands before and they are either too thin or too reflective. The Boxwave was just right and a perfect fit for my Kindle.
Since I had previous experience with Boxwave products, here are some tips for everyone:
1) Clean the Kindle Screen before application. The screen has to be absolutely dust-free before applying the ClearTouch. Otherwise some dust will get trapped inside and cause bubbles to form. The included microfiber cloth does the job.
2) Before peeling off the backing, line up the ClearTouch on the Kindle screen – it should be perfectly cut to fit the screen while giving enough room to apply the screen protector easily.
3) Peel off only part of the backing and squeeze out any air bubbles *AS* you’re laying down the screen protector (don’t wait til you’ve stuck the whole thing on the screen, then try to push out the bubbles, it’s impossible!). Instead, gradually apply the ClearTouch while using the included applicator card to apply the screen protector. If you’re careful you will be able to do it perfectly without any bubbles.
I read some of the other reviews and it seems they didn’t install the product properly. If you can follow instructions, you will be completely satisfied with this awesome product.
