considering how severe the Aspca an animal welfare laws are in that area i wouldnt even attempt it just sell them privately to others or send them to a near by shelter
It’s completely idiotic if you care about the animal. But I don’t know that it’s illegal.
How is it any different from selling one on CraigsList or in the newspapers?
