How To Sell To Manager And Pass Through The Gate Keepers?

I am working as a sales representative for a moving company, I am trying to get a contract with some multinational companies, and I am not familiar with the process of passing through the gate keeper and making the person in charge (managers) wants at least to meet me. Can some experience sales tell me the tips and trick to do so?
And If I have a chance to meet the managers, how to sell to them well?
