Wow! When the title states ‘for the computer shy’ they mean it! The dvd is very thorough, too much so for me. It takes 15 minutes to describe how to type in a web address. Eventually the tape provides the ebay information listed, again in a very complete way. It’s just a matter of getting through the VERY BASICS to the details that were of interest to me.
