    As a real estate professional and knowing that most how-to-do-it books rarely tell it like it really is, I was skeptical when purchasing this book; however, it quickly became apparent that the writer knew what he as talking about! The book is a “must have” for anyone in real estate whether they have been an agent for a month or 10 years. It is written in plain english and effectively outlines ways to make money in the real estate business. I feel so strongly that this book can make a huge and positive influence on real estate agents, I have placed the book in my office and agents sign it out for a week at a time. I also brief passages in the book at my weekly Business Meetings. A very superbly written book!

    The book is great. It is the same material used in the 12 month Darryl Davis Program. The program itself helps those not as self motivated, but anyone who reads the book, does what it says and can hold themself accountable, will benefit greatly. For others if they even get a couple ideas and put them to use, they will increase their income.

    This is a great book. I am about half way through at the time of this review. So far there have been many great tips on how to increase your real estate business. This book is great for a new agent or a power seller. I plan on using all of the techniques that are talked about in this book. Great book, definetly worth the price

    This book is a treasure of ideas.

    New to real estate sales or a seasoned professional, applying the ideas in this book will help you earn more listing, sales, respect and money.

    Author Darryl Davis covers everything and addresses the reader on a peer-to-peer, constructive, creative and engaging way.

    The book really opened my mind and I agree with nearly every method and tactic.

    This is the best book that I have ever read regarding real estate. I am a some what new agent and after reading this book have made myself more focused and it is WORKING. I plan to follow it for the full 12 months. I have nothing to lose and by the looks of it have everything to gain. In just a few short days of using the techniques in the book I have made great leaps in my career. Good for me the other agents in my office haven’t read it, bad for them of course. This is a must read for all new real estate agents.

    As a seasoned real estate professional, you sometimes think you know it all, and as a new agent you wish you did. This book has the information to either kick start a new career in real estate, or give you the boost to plan for an early comfortable retirement. Darryl Davis is a powerful speaker, and this book is nothing short of having him speaking directly to you. Read the book several times, you find something new each time! Great Book!! You must have it to streamline your production!

    I just bought this book not even 2 days ago and I am already more than halfway through it. I cant put it down. This is the first real estate book I have actually WANTED to go and sit down and read for 2 hours at a time. Its a very easy read and it has some amazing advice in it. I can’t wait to try and put it to good use. I highly recommend this book if you’ve got tons of other real estate books sitting on the shelf that you lost interest in right away. This one will keep you busy for awhile and you wont be putting it on the shelf knowing your never gonna touch it again. This is a great book for both the novice and the experienced agent. I would love to go see one of Darryl Davis’s seminars when he is in my area (and that is a big compliment being that I am not a fan of seminars.) Trust me, this one isnt a waste of money.

    This book is great! Particularly for new agents. If you just do have the stuff he suggests you can be a suuccessful real estate agent regardless of the market. Our broker gave us the book, but I so liked it I purchased a copy for a friend who is a realtor in another state and she has already implemented some things based on the book which has already improved her ability to get listings. Very easy reading.

    Davis` book is the best I have read and I have read many. The ideas are numerous. I actually carry this book with me at all times to get inspired when I need another approach. I would suggest every serious agent purchase this book.

    I’m working on my 6th year as a real estate agent and out of all the business books that I’ve read this one really hits the nail on the head! I started reading the book about 3 weeks ago and it already has had an effect on my business. I’ve been on 4 CMA presentations and came out with 4 Listings on the same day that I met with the prospects. This book gives samples of dialogues with sellers and buyers, time management advice, goal setting, servicing listings, seperating the serious buyers from the not so serious, and at the same time looking out for your clients best interest. You must read this book to succeed!
